The Mission of the Friends of Lake Louisa State Park is to enhance the park and actively engage community support

The Friends of Lake Louisa State Park is a Citizen Support Organization (CSO) created to augment the staff at the park. As volunteers we help build gardens, plant trees, assist the rangers in maintenance of park facilities, and many other activities. As an organization, we work with park management to plan future projects, as well as, hold events to introduce the public to our park and to raise funds for the CSO projects.
